The Kingdom Collective

Finally, a place where Christian leaders don't have to lead alone
Northern Virginia's only curated network where Christian community leaders find authentic peer support, practical solutions, and spiritual renewal to combat burnout and amplify their Kingdom impact.
You're not alone in feeling alone.
Christian leaders across Northern Virginia are facing an unprecedented crisis:
โ 42% of pastors have seriously considered quitting ministry entirely
โ 60% of leaders doubt their calling due to isolation and overwhelming demands
โ Most networking feels superficial, transactional, or denominationally limiting
You didn't answer God's call to lead alone. Yet somehow, that's exactly where you find yourself.
The question isn't whether you need support. It's whether you're ready to receive it.

ABOUT US
MOVE Leesburg is Northern Virginia's premier holistic-integrated community and business growth hub, uniquely positioned to address the needs of leaders who refuse to choose between their calling and their well-being.
Founded by Heather Baynes, a growth strategist and former CRO with over 30 years of experience driving revenue while maintaining human-focused approaches, MOVE represents the convergence of world-class business insight and deep community investment.
Our historic 3,000 sq ft loft in downtown Leesburg has already helped dozens of businesses grow while contributing over 20 hours of professional services, 30 complimentary hours of event space, and hosting 40+ community events in our first six months.
The Social Collectives believe in giving back to the community. They do this through philanthropic events, where they work with local businesses and charities to build better cities for tomorrow. They believe that by working together, we can make a difference in our communities and create a better future for all.
The Kingdom Leadership Gathering extends MOVE and The Social Collectives' mission to where it matters most: supporting the leaders who are the backbone of community transformation.
Our Mission
- Kingdom Collective exists to combat the isolation and burnout epidemic among Northern Virginia's Christian leaders by fostering an authentic cross-denominational community, providing practical renewal resources, and catalyzing collaborative Kingdom impact throughout our region.
Core Values
Authentic Community Over Performance
We create psychological safety where leaders can share genuine struggles without judgment, politics, or fear. Vulnerability is welcomed, authenticity is celebrated, and masks are unnecessary. We measure success by depth of connection, not breadth of networking.
Kingdom Unity Across Denominational Lines
We intentionally break down the silos that keep Christian leaders isolated from one another. We focus on shared leadership challenges and Kingdom impact rather than theological differences.
Holistic Renewal, Not Quick Fixes
We reject the false choice between calling and well-being. Sustainable leadership requires spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health. We integrate wellness practices or information because burnout prevention is better than burnout recovery.
Proactive Collaboration Over Reactive Isolation
We believe the best solutions emerge from collaborative thinking across diverse perspectives. Instead of leaders struggling alone with similar challenges, we create space for shared problem-solving and mutual support that leads to collective action.
Local Impact Through Regional Unity
While we serve individual leaders, our ultimate goal is collective Kingdom impact throughout Northern Virginia. We believe connected, supported, renewed leaders create stronger organizations, healthier communities, and more effective Gospel witness.
Frequently asked questions
I'm concerned about denominational differences. Will I feel comfortable?
We explicitly focus on shared leadership challenges and Kingdom impact rather than theological distinctives. Our facilitators are trained to foster unity while respecting diverse perspectives. Many participants say this cross-denominational collaboration is their favorite aspect.
What if my struggles feel too personal or sensitive to share?
You share only what you're comfortable sharing. We create psychological safety through structured facilitation, confidentiality agreements, and careful group composition. Many leaders are surprised by how naturally authentic sharing emerges in our environment.
How is this different from my denominational leadership meetings?
While denominational gatherings focus on doctrine and organizational matters, we focus on you as a leader and person. Plus, the cross-denominational perspectives often provide breakthrough insights you wouldn't get in denominational silos.
I'm not a senior pastor. Is this for me?
Absolutely. We serve all Christian community leaders: ministry directors, non-profit executives, Christian educators, and influential lay leaders. The diversity of leadership perspectives is what makes our community so valuable.
What if I can't commit to every month?
We understand leadership schedules are unpredictable. While consistency builds deeper relationships, you're welcome when you can attend. Many of our members have ongoing accountability partnerships that bridge the months between gatherings.

Ready to stop leading alone?
The 42% burnout rate among Christian leaders isn't changing by accident. It's changing because leaders like you are choosing community over isolation, practical solutions over empty encouragement, and sustainable leadership over burnout.
Your next gathering awaits.
